3412a12 “Helium Digital Announces New 3.5mm Headphone Adapter with Microphone, Suitable for iPhone® and Other Devices”

Helium Digital has announced the launch of their new HD-010 3.5mm Headphone Adapter with Microphone. The Helium Digital 3.5mm Headphone Adapter with built in microphone will allow all headphones that use a standard 3.5mm headphone jack to be used with devices such as the Apple iPhone®, or any other device with a recessed headphone port. In addition, the built in microphone will add phone call functionality to any regular set of stereo headphones.

The recessed headphone port on the iPhone prevents many standard 3.5 mm headphone jacks from fitting the device properly. With the 3.5mm headphone adapter with microphone, you can be sure that your headphones will work with your device, regardless of the brand. The addition of a built in microphone ensures that you are available to take your calls, even while listening to music.

Unlike some other headphone adapters available for the iPhone, the HD-010 will act as an extension cable, carrying both the stereo audio and microphone signals from your device. This allows your headphones to handle the stereo audio, while the microphone built into the adapter will still allow you to interact with your phone calls, even through a set of standard stereo headphones. The HD-010 also includes a mute switch, in-line volume control, and comes with both a detachable shirt clip and swivel wire clip.

The HD-010 will have a suggested retail price of $8.99 (CAD), and is available for purchase direct from the Helium Digital website by visiting http://www.heliumdigital.com/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=70

Introductory offer! –For a limited time only, receive FREE SHIPPING via Expedited Parcel when purchasing this item direct from the Helium Digital web site. The free shipping offer is limited to 2 units per customer, and applies to purchases of the new HD-010 only. Shipping costs will automatically be removed at checkout. Standard shipping costs apply when additional items are being purchased.
