…maybe not but it is a program that is pretty cool!

fff Chuong Nguyen from pocketnow.com had an interesting piece of software up that caught my eye.  Called Finger-Friendly Friends , it is a contact management software that has similar iPhone-like capabilities. At first glance it looks pretty good offering an intuitive DRMWY-Touch keyboard, short for "Doesn’t Really Matter Where You Touch."

There was a feature called Send your position that really caught my eye that prompted me to take the time to check it out.

If you have a GPS receiver in your telephone (such as the HTC Kaiser), you can send your position to your contacts! FFF will track your position and generate a map in Google Maps that can be opened on a PC. It will also create a short link, so your friend won’t have to type a zillion-character long address. A mobile-friendly map is also created, but with fewer options.

  • Funny you mention this app as I just downlaoded it yesterday night, and clearly this is on great application. If the authors could just add a photo dialing feature, it would be perfect.
