What's the point in publishing reviews of the six-months-old product? X500+ was released in May and soon to be replaced with X600 and higher-end X800.

Please someone tell me!

My phone did the whole level 1 hard reset thing AGAIN today, and this time in the middle of a call. Battery was almost full too, so it wasn't running out of juice that did it.

I really want to like this phone, but when I regularly lose all my data and configuration, that's a problem.

Worse still, this is actually my second x500+. The first one also had the reset problem ( happened 3 times ) and eventually had to be returned because of a defective USB charging port.

Does that new ROM fix the PIN reset problem? I've been using my x500+ for 2 months, and that problem is the one thing that's going to force me to replace it with something else. I tried the .cab file fix, but as soon as my device was level 1 hard reset, the PIN was locked out again, so the file didn't seem to fix it!
