The Dragon bluetooth headset is atypical of other similar headsets in that its range is not limited to 10 meters, it will work up to 100 meters!  Callpod, makers of the dragon, have packed this $120 device with features including dual-mic noise suppression and a two way walkie talkie feature if you have two of them.
