There is a NEW upgrade available for Spb Time which makes it even better.  This program is a skinnable time toolbox for your Pocket PC offering both an analog and digital clock modes as well as a World clock, timers and stopwatches.  What I like is using it as a desktop clock when my device is on my desktop.
