This is a common problem with music players. I don't understand why Sony gave up the one point where they stood above the competition. Take the reference album for audiophiles through the times, Pink Floyds "Dark side of the moon". In this there are no gaps between the tracks. I think that music players should be able to play back this and similar albums exactly as it was meant to be. Looks and menus are not the most important things on a player!
