Sync your WinMo Device with a Mac, Free

One of the hurdles that Mac Owners have when dealing with the best Smartphones, you know Windows Mobile Powered Phones, is the fact that they don’t play nice with the Mac OS. There have been a lot of 3rd party apps to helps these folks. Well now there is a FREE application from Eltima called SyncMate.
Eltima is known for developing perfect Macintosh applications. This time it’s SyncMate 1.0beta – a tool to synchronize your Mac with your mobile phone.
The program is easy-to-use and has numerous handy features:
- Install applications to your mobile phone;
- Synchronize Favorites, Contacts, Calendar and Notes with their analogs Bookmarks, Address Book, iCal and Stickies accordingly;
- Get information about the device (OS, memory status, alarms, battery state, etc.), view memory status diagram;
- Manage SMS (Inbox and Outbox, drafts, sent and deleted messages);
- Keep track of what was done by SyncMate with actions log.
SyncMate has also a built-in converter so you can compress video to MPEG4, and ability to resize your images while copying. Did I mention it’s a freeware? Oh, yes, it’s fully functional with no limits and totally free!
