Zune V2, my first impressions

The The heart/broken-heart is the most useless idea that has came out from  Microsoft in a long time.  I can’t believe that Zune team did not receive this kind of  comments before from beta testers and MVPs.  This rating, the exclusion of Auto/Smart Lists and  the impossibility of browsing by Genre makes this software  version completely useless and a step backward  instead of a step forward.
