This week Mozilla released a new version on Monday and then followed with a second release very quickly to fix a bug found in the first release.  Of course they said that "The bug affects a specific use case of the Canvas tag, which is not yet in wide use" and that added:"We used our standard process of releasing a beta to tens of thousands of users and had no reports of this issue prior to the full release of 2.0.0.10. Once we became aware of the issue, we worked overtime to address it."

So in any event, the new release is pretty good … so far I like it.  You can check your version by clicking on Help then About.

The new version, Firefox 2.0.0.11 is now available for Windows, Mac, and Linux for free download.

You can also update manually by selecting Check for Updates from the Help menu.

BTW, the second update took seconds to download and install …. not a big deal
