iPod Nano Knockoff or Spoof?

Looking at some YouTube videos, I can across this one. It was pretty amatuerish, but I went ahead and followed along. They are showing what looks identical to the iPod Nano of old, but claiming a larger screen, radio support, and more. I am thinking cheap knock off, then I find this manual and start thinking spoof. If not for this manual, I don’t think I would even be sharing this Engadget “Keeping it Real Fake” like post.
Anyhow, I don’t think I would take a chance either way. :)
