Partnership Combines CallWave’s Communication and Messaging Platform With JAJAH’s Global Telephony Platform to Deliver Enhanced Telephony 2.0 Solutions

CallWave, Inc. announced today a partnership with JAJAH, one of the world’s most innovative global communications companies, to deliver advanced global Internet telephony solutions for mobile professionals, entrepreneurs and small businesses. The two companies will jointly develop and market Internet telephony applications and services that will make global communications easier for people and businesses to communicate and collaborate. Initially, the services will enable both global outbound and inbound call capability as well as message management from one place — serving as the unified communications solution for the mobile professional.

“Today’s workplace is a mobile one, where professionals need to be connected to their calls and calling communities at all times — without restrictions. To make this happen, CallWave is leveraging the power of the Internet — redefining traditional telephony and empowering consumers to do more with their communications via the two devices used most — the PC and mobile phone,” said Jeff Cavins, CEO, CallWave. “By joining forces with JAJAH, a leader in innovative Voice 2.0 solutions, we can offer mobile professionals a true virtual and unified communications solution for their mobile communication needs in over 122 countries.”

“At JAJAH, we are constantly expanding the capabilities of our platform to deliver the telephony solutions of the future — ones that are simple, inexpensive, use existing mobile and land lines and are layered with next generation IP communications. This is the JAJAH experience,” said Trevor Healy, CEO, JAJAH. “By strategically aligning with CallWave — an established leader in telecommunications and message management — we are able to deliver a fully integrated global unified communications solution that will be seamless and robust for all of our audiences.”

CallWave has pioneered the development of many Voice 2.0 technologies including the worlds first speech based, voice to text “summarization” application for mobile users. By leveraging its CLEC, CallWave has the unique infrastructure and experience to deliver traditional telephony services layered with Internet applications — creating seamless interoperability between the mobile, PC and landline phone.

CallWave has launched its Voice 2.0 line of products, offering a complete virtual voicemail solution that includes CallWave’s unique Vtxt voice recognition feature for mobile voicemail as well as the message portal, a personalized “content locker” for mobile applications.

JAJAH’s telephony 2.0 platform simultaneously services consumers, enterprises and telecommunications companies with next generation VoIP solutions, whether online, offline or on-the-go. JAJAH’s open telephony 2.0 platform combines the best of the Internet with the best of the existing telephony infrastructure, to remove the barriers to communication and makes it easier for people everywhere to stay in touch.
