I read reviews and people said it was good and many posts said it was better than the 30GB Zune and they'd focused on sound quality when they eliminated the EQ. However, using my Shure SE530's I hear hissing as soon as I plug into the device, and I hear the hard drive spin up and static every time the hard drive is accessed. I do like the usability of the product and the software it came with. I just wish I didn't hear any noise.
