A new year……is your mobile device ready? Here are a few suggestions to get more from your phone/device:(also can be applied to desktop/laptop)

  • Clean Out Your E-Mail and SMS (create folders for messages saved, don’t forget to delete messages in “sent” folder)
  • Organize your bookmarks/favorites
  • Clear Out Your Internet files (delete temporary files and clear history)
  • Clear Out Your Old, Unnecessary Files (don’t forget to go through the photos on your mobile device)- Look here for a roundup of generic cleaning utilities (SKTools, MemMaid, Space Reclaimer, Pocket Mechanic, etc)
  • Back Up Important Files (Sprite a great program)
  • Check for software updates/upgrades for programs installed
  • Remove/uninstall programs no longer using

Can you add to the list?
