Innovation and Growth Exceeds Predictions in 2007, Looking Toward ‘08 as the Year of Exponential Growth for Partner Branded Services

image MobiTV, Inc., the leader in mobile and broadband entertainment services, predicts mobile television will reach the tipping point in ‘08 as a service adopted, desired and utilized by the mainstream. In addition, MobiTV chronicles 2007 as another year of incredible progress with innovative service roll-outs, renewed commitments to development and research, and record setting subscription uptake.

“We are rapidly approaching the day where the mobile phone becomes the
single most important device people own for access to everything and 2008
is shaping up to be the year the industry reaches this great milestone,”
said Charlie Nooney, CEO and chairman of MobiTV. “As the first to market
with live television services for Sprint, AT&T, Alltel, US Cellular and many others, our challenge for 2008 is to continue pushing the boundaries by delivering more compelling and personalized content with the cutting-edge performance our partners and millions of users have come to expect.”

Throughout this past year, MobiTV and its partners continued to drive
the development and delivery of mobile television over wired and wireless
networks.

MobiTV offers operators a hosted solution providing end-to-end content
ingestion, management and delivery services. The MobiTV platform has been built to scale with the demands of the rapidly growing mobile TV and
Broadband market, and to the requirements of our carrier customers.

MobiTV offers smooth integration with, and a natural extension to existing service infrastructure with optimal network utilization and dynamic realtime QoS adaptation and policies. To support this initiative, as well as, development programs for next generation wireless networks, MobiTV opened a new research and development center this year in Stockholm,
Sweden.

The debate over network standards and the best practice solutions for
delivering mobile television remains a hot topic in the mobile television
market.

“The question that mobile television may or may not be a fruitless or
unnecessary service is no longer relevant as we continue to experience
tremendous growth and usage steadily climbs,” said Kay Johansson, CTO for MobiTV. “Meanwhile, the debate over delivery standards continues to attract industry-wide attention and the solution is simple–support all standards capable of delivering the best consumer experience and let mobile users focus on communicating and enjoying the content they watch.”

MobiTV’s network-agnostic approach to development, integration and
delivery solutions has cemented its leadership position. The industry
should now be focused on the how, when, where and why it makes sense to seamlessly integrate these delivery options to benefit the consumer, while monetizing the operator networks recently deployed or coming soon. MobiTV is equipped and ready to integrate its service for the benefit of the
operator and consumer alike

Content may be king, but MobiTV is the leader! As part of MobiTV’s
managed service, there are more than sixty domestic US channels, more than one hundred channels worldwide and an endless channel capacity. MobiTV continues to dominate the one-stop content delivery market for mobile and broadband.

MobiTV also added live broadcasts of sporting events from around the
world! The Company’s hugely successful music team created and launched
three additional music channels in partnership with the industry’s top
labels. MobiTV is committed to providing its customers the means to offer
out-of-home television enthusiasts more live sports, news, music and
entertainment programming than ever before.

With eMarketer forecasting 100 million worldwide users of paid or
sponsored mobile broadcast video services by the end of 2009, marketers are eagerly seeking the right opportunities to reach their core audiences
through contextually relevant, on-the-go, branded entertainment.
