I have a MOGO mouse and really love it! It is easy to use and very portable. When I read this article, I installed the software and now I can scroll - totally cool!

I received the MOGO mouse as a gift. Unfortunately my computer does not have a PCMCIA port that can be used to charge the mouse. I contacted MOGO to find out if they provided any kind of adapter and was notified immediately about an adapter they were just starting to sell. They mailed me an adapter free of charge! Now THAT'S some kind of customer service!

My honest opinion? A really great product and a really great company!

Oh, I just know that Jerry made a mistake. Knowing that he likes to give the total picture, he forgot a very important link.

Did I hear someone say "oops"?

JNGold, if you are going to drop links, why don't you drop the link to the story where he tells us about how quickly the company came to his aid to replace a "REFURBISHED" unit? How about his comments on how the HP version (the exact same mouse) is quite excellent?

Have you ever tried this mouse JNGold, or are you basing your opinion of this product on the words of someone that threatened the company with bad publicity if they didn't send them one? Wait, nevermind. I apologize, you didn't offer an opinion, only a link.

I have tried this mouse and I don't like it for my needs, but for others, it's been great.

That is an unfair comment Jerry, but it is what I would expect from you.

In fact, there probably is not an item manufactured today that does not have some go bad. Take a look at the iPhones that are back on the market as refurbished units. I wonder what the percent of those items are returned because of a defect.

The standard in the industry that is referenced as an acceptable number for defects in a production run is 4%. With well over 200,000 MoGo's sold, the number of defective units is less than 1%. Not bad, in fact, that is pretty damn good.

James got a unit that was defective and he has a new one on the way. To be fair, you need to wait until James gets his replacement and then has the opportunity to try it.

The author of the article above is one of the most highly respected mobile gadget guys in world. Interesting enough it came out the same time James was looking at it and interestingly enough, his review is pretty good and gives praise to the functionality of the device.

Shame on you Jerry for your purposeful remark intended solely for creating a negative dialog.
