There was an item today on Yahoo! News talking about how HTC has been developing a device called the  “Dream” which will have a large touchscreen, a full QWERTY keypad and it WILL be developed around Android.  OK, so we have heard that and we also know there will be other vendors that will offer some really cool devices too (like Samsung) but one thing is for sure, with over 30 companies that have become part of the Open Handset Alliance there will be some serious competition for Windows Mobile, Symbian and Apple.

But the real reason why I posted this item was not because of the potential for Android but rather the picture that Engadget Mobile had up that referenced the Yahoo! News article.  They quickly pointed out that the picture was not the following picture but I sure wish it was.  Just looking at the design of this device made the device envy juices start to run.

It’s a great design and possibly a “Dream” device!
