I voted for slider with full QWERTY. I am still waiting for a cool slider phone that has not only a full QWERTY, but a touchscreen AND a numeric keypad on the outside (with non-microscopic buttons). I had the Samsung i760, but the offset keypad and small buttons were annoying.

If only HTC would make a touchscreen version of the S730! Anyone know if something like that is coming out soon? Or if I can find one (unlocked) on a foreign website?

For me, it's all about being able to type quickly- same reason I haven't gone down to the Apple Store to get an iPhone. I love my Blackberry pearl because I think it's one of the fastest phones to type on. In addition to knowing what word I'm typing, I have half as many keys to hit since there are two letters per key.

Really enjoy the blog!

Cheers,

Like Chris, when the Kjam appeared, I fell in love with it too as well as the Treo 750 which ended being my device of choice. When I got my 8525 it was always difficult to decide what device to use, the 750 or the 8525.

I eventually tried the Blackjack because so many were saying it was incredible ... it was a huge disappointment to me and my immediate thoughts were the "smartphone" was not a device for me. That has all changed with the Moto Q9m. It provides me with virtually everything I want in a device now.

Ease of operation, a great keypad and terrific sound for listening to my music are the highlights for me.

I go for a Full Slider. the onscreen keyboards are pitiful... no feedback and take all/most of the available screen.

The dual slider is convenient for phone dialing as the onscreen keyboards are often less than responsive.

It might be nice to have a dockable/removeable keyboard, but that may well just be overkill.

I voted for Slider with full QWERTY. My next choice is full front facing qwerty like blackberry, blackjack..

My problem with sliders are they make them low quality and they don't feel like they will last long time. Also WM6's LAGGY orientation swap is also another nagging bug. If it swaps immediately, I will go for it. :)
