attlogo AT&T has announced that it will be eliminating 4600 jobs form their total workforce of 309,000 employees by 1.5%. The 4600 jobs will be trimmed from their Home Phone Business specifically targeting managerial positions. The good news is that AT&T plans to take those lost job cuts and hire the same amount into their Wireless Division. (Wonder if any of them would know anything about Video Drivers?)

In any case kudos’ for AT&T and their wireless success.
