The HTC online site has them for FREE right now, with rebates and discounts. With the upcoming announcements on new devices they may be trying to reduce inventory or dump them, who knows. Kinda bizzare because it was during the time when they were dumping all the Refurb 8525. Anyway, I was lucky to scoop one up at the $99 price. I went back a few weeks later and it was gonzo. That was in Mid Feb. I picked up a refurb Q9h for a cheapo $49. When these first got on the AT&T Premier Website as upgrades/new lines of service, they introduced at $99. The device shipped looked brand new to me. The only difference was - it shipped in a plain white box. Other than that it looked like a brand new phone. I have been really happy with the phone!
