I am hoping that there is some automated message that informs them their message was not delivered. ...if blocking their text means blocking their number, I will go along with that. I've read of similar experiences, and when contacted about it, AT&T removed the charges from the cell phone bill. You might also look into software that you could install to your mobile device that allows you to "blacklist" numbers. If you can identify the specific number that is sending you all these text messages, you can block the number and then the messages will not be delivered and you shouldn't be charged for the messages. I downloaded it last week cause I have a 21 year old stalker that will not stop texting me. So I downloaded textgard.com and blocked her texts. Good luck!
