Via's C7-M processor is right now the only thing dragging down notebooks like the HP Mini Note (as mentioned in most reviews). Intel's Atom will take-over in June therefore this Via - loving is short lived. This is similar to the Asus eee dab with linux.. Now with the Windows XP version at the same price,.. Linux is no longer a mainstream choice... Intel Atom will provide better performance and much better battery life.
