		<description>I think the Atom is going to be aimed more at Smart/PAD phones and PDAs and possibly MIDs rather than at a &quot;true&quot; UMPC.  The capability will be there, but the Atom-based UMPC will be a baseline system, well short of a premium.  As far as a PDA processor goes, it&#039;s a jump up from the PXA line with which we are all familiar.</description>
