Customer Service was lacking IMO. I've bought several things from them and they are all durable and well-made. I wish I would have gotten the Hard case/holster combo as my tilt has hit cement 3 or 4 times now. No damage other than scratches on the phone chassis (I use a screen protector), but it would have been nice to just have a scratched hard case. Seidio is quality, if expensive.
