I give AT&T's 3G the same rating as the number of bars I consistently get on my Tilt: 1 bar.

Question, can we just get a GSM PC Card (if there is one) and just plug it into laptop and leech off 3G from cellular data network, identify the laptop as mobile device? Has anyone tried that?

well I am even happier now as I just recently dumped Verizon for ATT. Not so much because of service issues but because of Verizons insistance to brand just about every phone with their crappy UI and disable functions of a phone in hopes you will buy the service back from them via their Get It Now features
