vkoser, If you use a signed version of Opera Mini 4.1 jbed will ask the question and you simply select "yes, allow from now on" and it wont ask the message again. I am not seeing this bug that you described and I posted a guide on how to get a version of opera that works fine here and in the wiki.

If your using Jbed which works much better than Jeodek then there is a bug where it asks you this every time. Regardless of if it is signed or not. This prevents that from happening. If your not using Jbed give it a shot its much better full screen than Jeodek midlet manager.
