I simplified the process in my article, they do not put the drivers right to be accessed by other users in the database, they process the drivers to be sure of course that there is not any virus or trojan and after that they prepare some kind of installation CAB but with their own format and extension. Stupid actually. Because then the drivers aren't coming from the manufacturer.
