A few days ago I commented about the Celio Redfly adding support for BlackBerrys. I came across that bit of information first while researching to purchase a Celio RedFly myself and then while I’ve been …

youmail This will be a short post. After a week or so, using YouMail’s Visual Voicemail service, I have to say it holds up well. I have been pleasantly surprised by the speed and accuracy of the voicemail delivery and their transcription beta is… well, better than beta for me.

The only problem I have had at all, was hearing back from the company with regard to some of the questions I forwarded to them on behalf of Mobility Site readers. I will try again to get the answers about languages supported, etc.

Additionally, I didn’t know Barack Obama was a YouMail user (see gfx above). JUST KIDDING!

Bottom line: Barack should sign up. This service worked great for me. I give it the Thumbs up!

    Xerloq,

So sorry to hear this. Can you post your carrier and phone specs and any other info about what happened, so I can get that info to YouMail. Hopefully listing that info can help others with similar phones contact YouMail before install to verify bugs and also help identify issues with the service.

I tried YouMail when I read your first post. It didn't go so well for me (and I really wanted it to). My voicemail got hosed to the point that I had to call my carrier to reset everything.
