I agree with your last point that by putting a price on it and doing it for free, would get a lot more mileage out of it. But, I doubt that many of the employees there would care to get any mileage.</description>

		<description>I think that it&#039;d be dumb to offer it for free because there are lots of different phones out there and there could actually end up being some complications...especially if the user has a phone that isn&#039;t one sold by Best Buy.

If they offered it as a free service w/ the purchase of the phone, people would think it was a ploy and just another hassle to worry about.

That being said, I bet a salesperson at Best Buy could offer to do it free anyways if the customer purchases the phone.  So there&#039;s still an opening to sell.  Only difference is that now they can point to a sign and say &quot;this is a service that would cost you money otherwise&quot;
