@JD: No HTC has pretty much shown that they’re not willing to release the drivers. These drivers are the hard work of a hacker who’s reverse engineered the system and is now a community effort to extend functionality pretty much from the ground up. It’s extremely unlikely you’ll see these drivers in an “official” ROM so you’re better off flashing a baked ROM as this is really the only thing that the drivers work with at this point.

Are these “Official” HTC drivers that are being tested? Will these be a part of the “Official” HTC/AT&T upgrade that will include WM6.1? I hope this is the reason for the delayed release of the ROM.

Watch out for the Triangle (GL) Test. You will have to soft reset to get out of the program.

I have noticed one thing for sure, screen rendering between landscape and portrait is GREATLY improved. I guess it must because of Garmins 1.2 I am running. No or VERY little lag with no rendering weirdness.

seems this safer way knocked a few fps off, but made it seem more fluid. but..progress is progress
