Update…

Whew, glad that’s over :)

Well, I had a few issues with the stream and basically had to divide it into a couple of different video streams instead of one longer one. I would definitely chalk up any issues as “User Error” :) I probably should have gone outside to try this instead of in the office.

In all seriousness, it is possible the lapses in video stream integrity occurred do to network traffic or maybe my location. However, one pitfall I noticed by trying to do the review this way, is that I did not know thru notification by the Qik app,  that the stream had terminated. Perhaps that is a feature that could be added in the future.

Despite that,  I am still a big fan of the service and in general it’s ease of use, compared with other services like it,  that I have tried. The fact that all you have to do is: create an account, download and install the app and then press the “stream” button is a big plus for me.

I definitely see loads of potential here. Can’t wait to see where it goes.
