i got skyfire but after do duttys rom it doesnt work . i switched back to att rom and still doesnt work. it says data connection problem anyone have a solution

Oh one more note to echo Ben I have version 0.6.0.4503 but I still get the weather “plug in” at the bottom of my browser. Just curious for anyone else with the Skyfire beta. What version are you running and do you get the weather tab, plug in, or whatcamacalit when you open the browser??

I just read the article and opened up Skyfire from my Tilt and what do you know it does have the weather tab at the bottom above the ever so discreet, “Join our team”. That doesn’t mean they’re hiring does it?? :-P
I do agree with Doug. When you run the browser the interface is soooooo plain… I guess we all can’t get what we want. If that was the case my fries would always be hot and fresh at good ‘ol McD’s lol

until they can offer a zoom that loads the whole page, i’m staying away. I shouldn’t have to wait for it to load while I scroll back and forth when reading an article. it already loaded that part of the page..why does it need to reload it!

Ben: go to the Skyfire website and log in. You should then be able to sms or download the new version if you are in the Beta Program.

I forgot to mention that the weather is animated also! How cool is that? :)

Doug, how in H*LL did you get version 0.610.4721? I have version 0.6.0.4503. The software doesn’t update automatically? BTW, I live in 3G, videos run smoothly. The pages load faster than any browser I’ve used. And yes, I’ve tried Opera Mini.

Still claiming on their website that you can stream Rhapsody when you can’t (even confirmed by Skyfire support). So pathetic.
