It\'s is possible that the information within this article is now out of date or updated.

If you were hesitant to get the HTC Touch or the Samsung Ace when they rolled out last Fall because the price was just a little high for your finances then you made good decision because now Sprint has dropped the price to $100 after rebate with a 2-year contract.    Chris let all of us know about this a little over a week ago but I thought it was one of those items worth mentioning again … especially since my son just asked me what phone should he get.  Either one of these two devices is a neat device and at $100, they are terrific!

Touch-ACE

If you remember, the Touch initially cost $250 after rebate  with a 2-year service agreement so waiting a bit has saved you a few bucks.  The  Samsung Ace, a Windows Mobile smartphone, originally sold for $200 after rebate with a 2-year contract and is now $100 too. The Ace is not a touchscreen device but it does have a QWERTY keyboard and a 2.3-inch QVGA display.

While $100 is a pretty good deal for either handset, Sprint’s latest release with Samsung, the Instinct, is only $30 more if that device strikes your fancy.
