What is this?
“25. NiteStalker.net Spb Shell Today (automatically brings me to the Spb Shell Now screen bypassing the Today screen - I love it.)”

search for it on xda-developers. it's a program someone there (nitestalker) wrote so that the Spb Mobile Shell automatically comes up whjen you start your phone - you don't have to click on "Spb Menu" to get it going.

I agree with Keith.

For the record, Kaiser Tweak does have a setting to keep the screen on while on a call.

I love posts like this because you get to see what everybody else uses. You never know when you're going to see a little app (which may be completely obscure) thats going to do something you've been looking for your device to do for a while.

Pocket Controller Professional
SPB Backup
HTC Home Today Screen Plug in
Device lock (remapped to the PTT button)
Kaiser Tweak
Task Manager 3.1 by FDCsoft
TCPMP
Iguidance 3.0

I don't add software unless I really (really) want the functionality, so here's my short list:
BeyondPod - podcast downloader and player (also does newsfeeds) - I tried others, but this is the best IMO
MyMobileR - this app was the one that finally took my Tilt from 'costs me time' to 'saves me time' - much easier than using the stylus and slide-out keyboard
Google Maps - great supplement to my Palm-based sat nav
KaiserTweaks - just installed this to see if it keeps the screen on while on a call.
