		<description>I would say that if you have the plugin for mp4 for tcpmp I would encode in that, matched quality file sizes are the same, so you can do better quality at less space taken up.  Also tcpmp handles them pretty good, I encode them for my lifedrive (I&#039;m considering a tilt right now) and it handles pretty decent quality files easily even though the lifedrive doesn&#039;t have the best speeds.</description>
