Hmmm, I too have found it to be little improvement over the 6.0.

I gave it a C seeing as how it is not alot worse or not alot better.

Just about the same. Maybe a little improvement on the graphics side of things. Games seem a little smoother and faster but overall not a huge jump.

    Just my thoughts.

worst thing I have done to my phone, 6.1 is junk...no voice dial and voice command is stupid. I am back to 6.0 and may leave it there, runs fine and voice tag contacts are back!!!!

I've been using and loving Dutty's 6.1 for several months, since I bought, unlocked, and flashed my TILT last summer. So 6.1 is old news, peeps.

I applied the February update and that is where my data connection problems began. They continue with this latest update. Emails flow in no problem (MS Direct Push) and ActiveSync stays in sync, but IE will stop working just about once a day, if I stop the data connection then restart it, all is good. Frustrating.

When I saw "6.2" my reaction was "Oh no, not another all-nighter". The upgrade to 6.1 is great, it really perked up my Tilt and added good features, especially Voice Command........"PLEASE REPEAT"........especially Voice Command ........"PLEASE REPEAT"........especially Voice Command........"PLEASE REPEAT"........especially Voice Command. Flashing a ROM for me takes hours and hours to get all of my 15 plus 3rd party apps set up, several Email acccounts, PIM data and general preferences. Is there any reason these point updates have to wipe the device clean? Why can't it upgrade and build it back to the pre-uprade setup automatically? Maybe not WM 6.2, more like WM 62! Our great great grandchildern will has some aweome Windows Mobile devices that uprade easily!!!

How is it that so many users are giving this update an A+? I mean, it's not like this is some monumental leap into the next generation of UI, which would make anything higher than a B somewhat justifiable.

6.1 is an incremental improvement, and to take it a step further, the advances in 6.1 should have been out at least 8-10 months ago.

Threaded text - Blackberry and Apple have it. Hell, even the Palm Centro has it. Why did this take so long?

Video Share - The 1-way, no audio, 3G-headset/service-requiring and VERY unreliable service...Does anyone even use it?

HTC Home screen - has been available for some time now.

Everything else is just blah. Voice Command, OneNote and remote desktop monitor are services that I would bet less than 25% of people use on WinMo phones.

Don't get me wrong -- I am glad the official 6.1 update has been released (esp threaded text) and I still love my Tilt. But any upgrades worthy of high praise will be coming this time next year when WM7 is (hopefully) released.

You people are a little too serious. It is a joke. Relax.

I agree with the 1st post.... Not funny at all

I got a chuckle out of it, though I suspect some people may have an initial, two second "HEY, maybe they fixed ____" thought when seeing the title...

I thought it was cute. Blogs should be fun to read. Lighten up some bro.
