This is a very cool application that lets you create your own wallpaper for your device from your PC. Weys = WhatEver You See, is a free tool that helps capture anything you can see on your screen as mobile phone wallpapers. There are some Phone skins are supported but you can easily define your screen size.
The following screen shot shows what Weys looks like and what it does.
You can download it here at the Weys – Home page. Click the download button on the top right side of the page.
