I reset my iphone and now the only 2 software I paid for are now missing from the iphone and they don’t show within itunes either. I filled out the “report a problem” form (twice) and after 4 days still haven’t heard from apple.
Next stop… my credit card company to dispute the charges since I paid for a service I’m not getting.

Hi,

Not quite right – right click on the phone on the left – and click ‘Transfer Purchases’ – this pushs the apps into yout itunes store

Thanks guys for the suggestion, it did not work though. The apps don’t even show in my library.

Within iTunes right click your iPhone icon in the left hand sidebar.

Select reset warnings

Sync

This has resulted in iTunes offering to re-load all the Apps that I’ve purchased.

you need to force a sync back from your iphone to iTunes, just right-click on the device when connected under iTunes and do a sync back.
