    Thanx, it took me sometime to figure it out .. but could setup the message center no once I had my old faithful HTC3450 with me.

    Surely you can send smses from this phone!
    Settings -> Conntections -> Network Settings

    allow the phone to setup the phone for your network (does it automatically)

    should help you; else you can post back...

    Hi,

    I just purchased an ASUS P527 windows phone and already love it for its advanced features and the additional keypad with shortcuts.
    BUT I am just not able to send SMSs from this phone.Contacted the Airtel Cust. Care to be told that we cant send sms from that phone. Is it true? If not what settings do I have to change manually to make SMS work? Please help.
