Great review I have this device as well and am also having reset issues it has only happens while docking my Zune it resets the clock I’ve had the ZN9 for about 3 months now and it has happened twice to me and I dock my Zune every night so it’s only a minor inconvenience right now…

@ Erie: That really doesn’t sound good at all! I really just get it if i’m fiddling with the power source, so it doesn’t effect me at all. But if it turns out this is not just a malfunction on the specific unit I recieved, I may have to update this review.

I get some reset issues too. Very freaking annoying. Sometimes I put in my Zune, then push Play, then there’s a delay and I get impatient and press Play again, and again, then bam, it will reset.
One time I just put in my Zune on the dock and it reset the clock. :(
