I have succesfully hacked skyfire well not exactly hacked. It is quite simple actiolly. All you need is an us mobile phone number and an e-mail you don’t need the sms the number is the pass. I will post a program that gives you those directly.
O and I am writing from skyfire. It is realy nice. How i figured that out siple this was only for americans. This means that it is something stupid. Then it hit me that the number must be the password. It took me 5 mins to get a random us mobile phone number to use and you have it.

HOW TO GET IT:

I. register at:
http://www.skyfire.com/register
(be careful what you select choose your device!!!)
If there is an error message saying that the number is already used get another one. I suggest that you use phone numbers from the bottom of the page or not from the first pages, because the ones on the first pages might be used by others like you.

II. You will need an us mobile phone number:

III. Valid e-mail adres to use. Once you registered at skyfire open your e-mail and click on download to PC enter the phone numbers witout the “-” for instance if the nuber is 123-456-7890 than your password is 1234567890.

IV. Install it on your device and enter the e-mail addres and the password. There you go enjoy it

I have preloaded everything to save time.

I’m not sure why you need somebody else’s password, mohand. I didn’t have one, but was told to create one at some point in the download/registration process.

OK – this wasn’t working on Monday for me. Now it seems to be working again… I guess that’s why it’s called BETA software. :-)

Try it again. This happens to me occasionally, too. It seems to fix itself after a while.

They definitely need to fix this, though.

I installed Skyfire on my Ipaq 910, and it just would not respond. From the time that I installed it to the time I uninstalled it was about 30 minutes.

working like a charm for me on my cingular era blackjack with winmo 6.0. registration was fast and easy, and i’m not the best at these cabs and things. it’s kind of cool, though on a nontouch device it can be a little slow navigating. handling web 2.0 site really well. not sure what it does to battery life yet.

I think that the more you use it you will find it to be fairly decent Steve. Given that it is still a beta, I expect we will see more tweaks that will improve its performance.

I hadn’t registered before, so maybe my experience is different, but I registered, got the text and downloaded.

The first time I downloaded, I tried to save to my storage card, but didn’t get the full file; it said that Skyfire installed, but there was no icon in my Start menu.

So I went back to the text, downloaded again, this time to my device. I got a larger file and the installation to my storage card worked fine.

I just played with Skyfire for a bit on a couple of sites (like IMDB), so I haven’t formed too much of an opinion yet.

I tried to log in. But I don’t have an “account”. I got their email, I finally got my text messages unblocked. When I had them resend, got the TM and followed the link, all I got was a page that said I was in the queue for “beta 1″.

Interstingly, I was a member of the private beta too and had no issues with 0.6 on BlackJack II smartphone, but I installed the new 0.8 on the E-Ten V900 I am testing and it only displays on half the screen. Anyone else have issues similar on touchscreen device?

If you don't get your text, the registration page said you could also go to http://www.skyfire.com/support/resend. I thought that Skyfire was limited to touchscreen devices, but they show the Motorola Q9, so I'm going to check it out. Steve
