sbg Not happy with the sound on your laptop while on the go?  If you are like me, it is OK but it is “just OK” and I would love to have better sound to bring out the detail and clarity to compressed music files like MP3s.  I caught this item this morning on everythingusb and liked the potential of the device.  It is small for portability and is packed with power.

You just simply connect the sound card to any computer and experience “immersive” 3D audio and EAX effects in your games immediately!  And there is no installation CD!  All the drivers and software you need for a complete Sound Blaster experience are in the Sound Blaster X-Fi Go!

It looks interesting and is worth looking into if better sound quality is what you are looking for while on the road … You can check out the Sound Blaster X-Fi Go! Sound Card  here.

it works pretty good .. just be careful tunning to many things at once . And be aware , unlike me , that it has a lock switch on the side , and if it is locked and you didnt realize it you wont get what you expect out of it , i almost sent mine back thinking it was faulty till i uninstalled it and realized it had a lock on it and it was in the lock position. Other than that its not a bad little item . I think ill keep this one. :)
