The HTC S740 has hit the FCC for approval and it seems that it comes without 3G. How can that be?

The Specs of the HTC S740 are quite impressive, except for the radio. I don’t understand why they are putting a device clearly not intended for the US through the FCC. Wait until there is a quad band version next time?
