Tech used to be that fast and then it slowed down. I too wish the phones were unlocked so we could enjoy one or two a year. I wait two years and then need to sign on for another 2 year contract with Verizon,who offer limited products and usually older models. I rely on mobilitysite writers to enjoy new gadgets from afar. Recently, I wanted a netbook. Quality increased & price decreased.Finally settled on midlevel price, but a decent Lenovo model.
