Found this over at XDA this morning. Knew this would be a commonly asked question and Doug did a good job sharing this info for the Tilt back when it came out, so here goes…

Q: How can I get rid of all that bloatware on the AT&T rom

1.Wait for the tap here to customize.
2.Go through the screen alignment
3 skip or set pass word.
4.When it says your done and tap the screen to start WM get ready to reset
5. The absolute second you touch the screen hit the stylus reset.
6. When your device starts TF3d will NOT be in your today Items
7.Go to today settins and disable everything
8.Use file explorer to go to windows and find PT_Manila_Reg .cab and run it
9.Run MSFT_Security.cab
NOTE: The programs will not be organized in folder if you do this. Just a big Programs Folder

I don’t intend to do this, but since TouchFLO does slow the Fuze down a touch, it might not be a bad idea. The lag is doable and not much of an inconvience.

Courtesty of XDA Developers.

Wow! That really does improve speed! With all the AT&T bloatware on, I would typically see ~42% of memory in use when nothing was running. Now it's down to ~30% and the lag isn't nearly as bad.

    Thanks!
