Were you able to find a Fuze?

It\'s is possible that the information within this article is now out of date or updated.

I have got two emails today saying that their local store didn’t even have the Fuze yet. In fact, Bill was told that they wouldn’t get them until the 17th. I know some stores have had them, not sure about my local though…

Just thought I would let you know that I ordered my Fuze today.  This was after driving to my nearest store and being told that the stores aren’t expected to get them until the 17th.  I have seen the phone there was a mock phone at an ATT store where I was at on Sunday afternoon.  The clerk at the store told me they would not be out until the 11th (the day that we had all heard last right?)  Well I went the nearest ATT store today the 11th and was told that they were not going to get them until the 17th.  I called ATT customer service and was told that they have them in stock and would be able to ship within 24 hours.  I had them call the store I was at on Sunday and the customer service rep that I orderd my phone from was told that the store hadn’t received them yet.

Anyone else having troubles getting a Fuze today?

Walked into my local store in Plano, Texas on 11/12 and asked for it. They said they had it in the back only, and it was the first sale of the day for that rep.

I had lost my Treo 750, and I needed a new phone. I was very happy to find out they had the Fuze. :-)

I have called my local AT&T authorized dealer every day since the 11th. They thought they'd receive the Fuzes in yesterday's shipment (11/13). The story then changed to "it would almost certainly be in today's shipment." I just called and they said it should be available to purchase starting after 5:00.

Picked mine up at a AT&T retail store on the 11th. They were not on display (rep said not until their stock of tilts are gone).
He went in back, and said he had 5 of them, no one had been in yet asking about them (9:30am). I wasn't going to get it, just look at it, but once I held it, it was a no brainer.

Have had mine for a couple of days and not really happy with it! Think I am going to take it back and grab and Iphone! Not as user friendly as the TILT!

Since the offers on the Fuze are for new customers, how are current Tilt users upgrading? Are you guys paying full price?

Found one today (11/11) in Raleigh, NC at the North Hills Mall AT&T store. Sounded like they had a few more around 6pm.

The key is to find stores that do good PDA/Blackberry sales - they'll typically get first dibs. At least that's what the guy told me there...

Been using a 3125 and 8525 for 2 years. The Fuze is a BIG improvement over the 8525. Look forward to the tuned ROMs!

Same thing happened last year with the Tilt at AT&T stores in LA -- no one had any for at least a week, if not longer.

I visited wireless.att.com on the evening of the 10th and noticed the Fuze was listed. I ordered online and it did get to Fedex within 24 hours. I'll have it Thursday which appears to be before my local stores (I've contacted three, one corporate and two "Spring" communications stores). It was $350 +$18 "upgrade fee" and tax, about $390 total. I should qualify for the $50 rebate. Not a bad price if you're willing to sign the 2 year contract.

I ordered mine from the Web site around 12:05 EST this morning. It has already shipped.

You can order them straight from ATT today (the 11th). The stores will get them shortly

I went in to look at the Fuze at the ATT store here in Niles, OH. I checked the displays but did not see the Fuze so I asked one of the ladies there and she said Fuze was not on their sheets and she was not sure when it would be coming out. But I waited to talk to another guy and he told me that it had released yesterday and then he showed me the device on display in a section which I had not looked at earlier. Only if they advertised these devices like some of the other ones. If people working in the ATT store do not know about it how would you expect regular customers to know. And if still these devices sell reasonable numbers I think that is quite an accomplishment.
