A few days ago I commented about the Celio Redfly adding support for BlackBerrys. I came across that bit of information first while researching to purchase a Celio RedFly myself and then while I’ve been …

AT&T Fuze, LG Incite, or Palm Treo Pro?

I have grown to like all 3 devices over the last month and I have used each for at least a week. Last week, I mentioned that the Palm Treo Pro had won out the spot as my daily driver, but I am taking a mulligan now.

I reviewed the Palm Treo Pro and the AT&T Fuze and I really like them both, but in the end, the Slide out QWERTY keyboard won out. I like both keyboards, but the slider in my opinion is easier to use. I took the time to mod the AT&T Fuze to look and feel like my Tilt. I turned off TouchFlo 3D and installed SPB Mobile Shell and HTC Home.

Until yesterday, I had been using the LG Incite, but I was much less productive with email and texting with it. They onscreen keyboards just don’t like me and I don’t like them. I tried several 3rd party keyboards with the Incite, but it just wasn’t the same.

I returned my Incite before the 30 day return period. I agree with you regarding the on screen keyboards - I can text so much better with my new Fuze's sliding keyboard. Also, the Incite has a problem with sending text messages: check out AT&T Wireless > Support > Forums > LG and search "Incite". Too bad for the Incite. It is nice and ligth anyway. The Fuze is really great so far.

If it was me...Fuze, simply for its sexyness! ;) Ok, I love sliding keyboards...what can I say.

It would also seem to be a nice advantage to have the larger screen though. Ah, what do I know. I use an Axim still. ;)

I really like both the Treo Pro and the Fuze, but the high res screen on the Fuze would make all the difference I would need to make me buy the Fuze and the fact that the Fuze is more powerful doesn't hurt either.

Chris has semi-big hands, so I'm sure he would find the Fuze easier to type on than the Treo Pro.

Out of idle curiosity, what made you decide on the Fuze's keyboard versus the Treo Pro? Was it the better two-handed use, or general overall feel?
