Is Your 30GB Zune not working? Neither is mine!

The official word from Microsoft is that we’re not alone.  According to www.zune.net/support :

Status:

Customers with 30gb Zune devices may experience issues when booting their Zune hardware.  We’re aware of the problem and are working to correct it.  Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your patience!

I hope this gets fixed soon.

    leave it turned on until the battery completely dies. Then recharge the battery & try again. If that doesn't solve the problem again, your problem may be different. Perhaps a failing battery. In that case, I recommend calling Microsoft's Zune support line @ 1-877-GET-ZUNE (1-877-438-9863)

    my 30gb zune isnt working!
    on new years eve it was having problems but it worked the next day but now it's not working again but diff problem this time !!!!!!
    now its been charging for like 2-3 days and when i unplug it it gives the ! on it.
    and left + up buttons wont work

    its because leapyear ended and its like y2k for the zunes (aka the coding isnt right

    My zune DOES NOT work AT ALL! It just stopped working today for no reason at all. I'm pissed because I can't get it to work.

    They say they're working on it, well, WHEN are they gonna start working again? C'mon, I didn't purchase this product just to look at it.

    I have spent too much time trying to figure out what the happened to a device that was working perfectly yesterday. It sounds like all Zune 30s just crashed, that is really unbelievable.
