Over the years I have used many Bluetooth headsets from the Blueant X3, Nokia BH-200, Samsung SBH500 and now the Jaybird JB-200. Which one do I think has it all… I would personally choose the JB-200, why you ask, for a number of reasons.

For one it can simultaneous connect to an iPod Touch (via adapter) and a mobile phone, listen to your music and then answer your mobile as well, there are some headsets that let you connect up to 4-8 devices but not at the same time. Ref to my first ever video review on YouTube (so be kind).

My JB-200 arrived 5 days after it was shipped via FedEx which is awesome when you realise that I live in New Zealand.

The box look great and it felt like Christmas had arrived early.

I found the headset was easy to wear and light, I took it to work and after 6 hours was still great no sore ears of feeling uncomfortable.

The JB-200 has a great charging system instead of plugging the charge directly into the headset it has a charging cradle that the headset slips into, now the charging unit has a usb cable and comes with the usb power adapter, I was also able to get one for New Zealand.

The pack also included the manual, carry case, spare air buds and the usb power adapter.

One thing I stated in the video was that the headset could take calls in stereo in fact I was wrong and is one thing I really would love to have, listening to the iPod via the headset was awesome, very good quality.

Over all I really do like the Jaybird JB-200 headset of all the headsets I have they are the lightest and most comfortable, one thing I did have to get used to was that for my calls they came through in the left ear rather than the right ear as per single headsets.

Who would suit the JB-200, I think anyone that goes to the gym, likes walking, even running, or anyone who needs their hands free.

    Nice video review, PPCApache!

I especially liked the vintage old AOL “You’ve got mail!” background sound. :)

    Hi!
    Nice review.
It will be more helpful if you could add more inputs around the following:
    - Range of this headset…some say that it's less than 2 feet! (so you basically got to strap you ipod to the arm). in fact, some reviews on the net say that it doesn't work if your ipod is in your pocket! :-(
    - Call/Sound quality: is the stereo decent enough?
    - battery life

    Thanks!
