My favorite Astraware game is certainly Bejeweled. I know this company has been making great games release over the past years and I haven't tried them all but this precise game is so addictive. I used to have it on my x50v and I had love to see a time counter of hours played. I probably played around a month in total minutes with it (maybe not but it was close I am sure). Every day I had a little time off (at school, at work, in line at the grocery store, in the passenger seat of a car, in the bus, in bed, everywhere!!), got my PDA out, powered it on and launched Bejeweled ! Always wondering when I'll do the best combo ever of diamond crushing. I think I had to remove the game from device because my girlfriend was always asking me to play some time challenge game. It's my PDA god dammit, not yours ! ;-) Thanks Astraware.

PS : I tried to post a message right after Ike (two days ago) but there seemed to be a problem with the site .. still posting it for the benefit of Astraware. ;-) Thanks anyway.

My favorite by far is Westward. My number one game for the PPC. Adventure game based on expansion in the old west with a variety of challenges and a fun story line that moves quickly. good characters with an easy to use interface and good graphics.

GTS racing was an insane game. I cannot believe that they got the type of graphics on there. Seems like it would only work for a high-processor device like x51v. As of the game itself, I love all kinds of racing games, as that gets the adrenaline going. The game itself is neither hard or easy.

The sound is average, probably due to Dell Axim's speakers. But the vroom of the engine sure sounds realistic!

Only downside I could think of is that they do not list real car names on there. All you have is Coupe, Sport, and Formula.

Lastly, the amount of tracks and settings are incredible. Each has it's challenges.

*I think I'm #10!

I am a big fan of Bejeweled 2 as well. When I need to have a bit of "my time" I quite often head of to a quiet spot and do a bit of mindless "classic" Bejeweled or, if I am in need of a brain cobweb dusting, I use the puzzle version. A very enjoyable game that looks good on my Dell Axim X51V. As well the sounds and music aren't too obtrusive and I don't feel the need to turn them off like some other games. I am not too sure what the "endless mode" game is for as it seems a bit strange not to play either against a clock (Action mode) or against a score but each to his (or her) own. Overall a very satisfying game.

Believe it or not, I once wrote a review, for a now non-existent blog, on Bejeweled 2 when it first came out and it has followed me from device to device ever since. It still remains the mindless wonder I remember reviewing way back when. The simple play was carried over from the original game, with this version adding new features like the improved graphics and special effects improving the overall playability of the game.

Admittedly, I've since played many more enjoyable games (like another enjoyable Astraware game, Zuma) since I last reviewed Bejeweled 2, but I still keep this old favorite on my devices and I see not reason not continuing to do so... Sort of like playing endless mode, we just keep on playing.

My favorite is by far Bejeweled 2. It’s more than a time filler, it’s a way to gauge my thinking. I know, for instance, if I am in a mood to just hack-and-slash at the day’s tasks if I find myself going for the quickest grouping of jewels. Other times, when I am more strategic and introspective, I say “to hell with the time and the score” and I just see how many times I can put 5 in a row and get that big bomb! That can take a lot of patience… but becomes a game within a game.

My favorite Astraware game is undoubtedly My Little Tank. I used to waste away many hours playing the game on Windows Mobile when I had my Dell Axim X51v. It was great for a doctor’s office wait, and even when sitting at home bored. It was, in fact, more fun than many desktop and console games. The game play was smooth and fun, hindered only by the fact that later on in my Axim’s life, the D-pad arrow controls began to die.

After getting the original 8GB Apple iPhone, I wondered when games would come out for it – doctor’s office visits just weren’t the same without entertainment. But of course, Astraware came to the rescue soon after the AppStore came out with firmware 2.0 this past summer and released my favorite Windows Mobile game on iPhone – My Little Tank. The game play is just as good as before – even better, in fact. Not as many glitches and random slowdowns as I remember on Windows Mobile, which made for an extremely enjoyable experience.

The gameplay is truly great, and it makes for hours of fun.

Astraware Boardgames is an excellent collection of well-known family boardgames. My son gets a big kick out of seeing me put Boardgames up on our TV or monitor from my HTC Advantage’s 4-in-1 cable, and games like Snakes and Ladders or Ludo are favorites to start playing in a pinch. All games included have superb sound effects and animations, and if you’re not careful, you’ll loose track of time with offerings like Chess, Backgammon, Ludo, Checkers, Reversi, Nine Men's Morris, Snakes and Ladders, and even Tic Tac Toe—whether it’s against the computer or with friends!

My favorite Astraware game of all time most definitely has to be Bookworm. I am a huge fan of word games in general. This game tops my list. I first owned the PC version and once they came out with the mobile version, I just had to own that one as well. Once you have played this game you will be hooked. I was. The concept is simple. Build words with the letters given. The letters must be in a line with one another. The longer the word, the more points you receive. Be careful to not allow the red letters to hit the bottom of the screen or you lose. This game will bring hours of enjoyment to anyone of all ages and it comes highly recommended from this user.

I while back I bought the game Traffic Jam. It is a real simple game in concept. Your job it to get your car out of the parking lot. It is easier said than done. There are other cars in the lot that must be moved to allow the car to exit. The catch is the cars can only move forward or backward. As you progress the lot gets more vehicles and the challenge goes up. It was fun for me and my wife. We could compete to see who could get the through the most levels or who could complete a certain level the quickest. I would recommend this game to anyone who likes puzzle games.

I bought the game Westward a while back and have really enjoyed it. You start out in this run down town and have to work to get the place looking good. Jobs and housing are needed to attract settlers, the more settlers you get the more food and water you need. It is kind of a balancing act to began with but is very relaxing to play because it is pretty simple. If you like building and gathering games this is for you. The levels are varied and you discover enough each level that it will keep you interested even in the most boring of meetings or classes.
