Not free though), HTC Audio Manager, Systweak Inc Reg Cleaner (can't remember if it's free or not), Agilemobile Agile Messenger (not free but if you have multiple IM accounts, it's well worth it), Kaisertweak, and HouMing File Explore Extension.
